Thy Kingdom Come

25 May - 4 June

Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement, which the Archbishop of Canterbury is inviting people around the world to join. He is calling on Christians of all denominations around the world to pray for people to know Jesus Christ during a focused time over the week leading up to Pentecost 2017.

What’s happening… Between 25th May and 4th June 2017 people are gathering to pray for the empowering of the Holy Spirit. In addition to events in cathedrals across the UK, hundreds of other Beacons will be hosted locally across all denominations and around the world.

St Paul’s Cathedral Beacon Event

This event will help people gather, ignite and inspire worship and prayer for a generation to rise up with a fresh passion and confidence to share their faith with others. Book your ticket for this event here.

John and Naomi Pattison-Williams are heading to Calais to support Help Refugees UK. They will be taking a car load of stuff for those in need. Would you like to contribute something? Perhaps you could buy from items listed and deliver to church before 11 June. Thank you!

We will be out in our local neighbourhood helping out, in some imaginative and creative ways to bless those who live, study and work in our area.

JustOne Event with J John at Emirates Stadium

Saturday 8 July 3.00-6.00pm (doors open 1.30pm)

Over 40,000 people of all ages will gather at Emirates Stadium for this incredible one-day event. Hosted by world renowned evangelist, J John, people from all walks of life will come together to celebrate the Christian faith and have an opportunity to hear the good news about Jesus Christ.

Focus Church Holiday

24 - 30 July 2017

Focus is our church holiday hosted by Holy Trinity Brompton. It is our chance to gather together for worship, prayer and teaching in a relaxed environment for a transforming week with friends and family.

There is an outstanding line-up of speakers with programmes for adults, students, youth and children as well as sporting and creative activities, evening entertainment, a bookshop and café.

Everyone who has been to Focus remarks upon the extraordinary sense of community they find there, and what a great week away it is.

Focus 2017 is in the beautiful green space of the Somerley estate in the New Forest!  It is around two hours from London and only 20 minutes to the Dorset beaches alongside lively Bournemouth.
