Our hope and prayer is that our children and young people become fully devoted to God and excited about what He has planned for their lives. We want our church to be a place which engages them and a place they want to be a part of.
Our Sunday mornings are for all ages where children’s and young people’s activities are integrated into the services. We encourage our youth (14+) to join our students at the evening services.
We have great links with our local school, St George the Martyr Primary School. During term time, we run a Parenting course there and, in September, are launching a fun and active after school club - Sweaty Church.
Fridays 10.00am - 12.00pm (during term time)
Autumn term: 8 September - 15 December
A weekly parent and toddler group open to all the community.
Sunday 1 October, 5 November, 3 December
On First Sundays, we have dedicated groups for those aged 0-9, 10-12 and 13-16. For the under 10s, there is singing, teaching and activities offsite. This includes worship, a short talk, some games and crafts, prayers and an opportunity to listen to God.
This age group also has its own group on the third Sunday of each month during term time.
Meet George Bear!
George has become a family favourite at St George's. He is such a friendly bear that he regularly goes home with his mates for a sleepover or even away on holiday. Look out for more of George's antics on Flickr & Instagram too #georgebear!
